ProcessRunner 5.0 is out. The new version of the
Morphis multichannel customer service platform offers many new
options.
The look and feel has been adapted to the latest standards,
including social media related functionalities. In addition, the
so-called audit trail has been improved and extra options were
created for team leads to process tasks in bulk.

The strength of ProcessRunner is that employees are presented
with the right data and functionalities at the right moment. Within
the scope of practice what you preach we've now also implemented
this in the ProcessRunner configuration mode. Tim De Clercq,
product manager at Morphis: "The process manager is now assisted by
wizards when setting up the platform. In addition, the
documentation surrounding ProcessRunner is immediately available in
the system now. Exactly at the moment that this information is
relevant."
Even better
analyses
The audit trail has been extended even further in the new 5.0
version. This means that even more and better reporting facilities
are available for analyzing the turnaround times for tasks, but
also of processes as a whole. And this offers leads for the
continued optimization of your customer processes.

Finally, ProcessRunner 5.0 is again 100% stateof the art. The
market shows that this isn't always as obvious as it might seem.
